The VFHY100 series is a family of miniature high performance 90 degree hybrid couplers optimized for the bands specified below. In addition, these devices will also exhibit good performance over the broader frequency range as described and can be used in many applications. The design is a fully passive monolithic device that offers low insertion loss, very high isolation, and good VSWR while maintaining excellent phase and amplitude balance. The VFHY100 series is offered in an easy to use 1.5 x 2.0 mm surface mount leadless package and is available in tape and reel.
